Operations Supervisor
Kevin has been involved in the heating industry for the last 25 years starting work with a major heating service company in Belfast. In 1994 he gained his Oftec (Oil) qualifications, completed his Nebs certificate ( National Examination Board for Supervisory Management ) and obtained qualifications as an internal auditor for the ISO 9002.
With the arrival of Natural Gas in N.Ireland Kevin transferred his skills to this growing market becoming CORGI registered In 1997. Kevin joined the Phoenix team in 2001 as a Gas Service Technician and currently holds the position of Operations Supervisor. As Operations Supervisor Kevin is responsible for the day to day supervision of all field operatives involved in emergency response, asset maintenance and other revenue generating work.
