Meter Reading Supervisor
Neil joined the Phoenix team in 2001, following eight years retail management experience. As one of the original meter reading team Neil has played an integral role in designing and implementing new company procedures for all aspects of this important activity.
In 2006 Neil was made Senior Meter reader and is currently seconded into the position of Meter Reading Supervisor. This role provides a link between Phoenix Supply and Phoenix Energy Services which ensures the business receive accurate and reliable billing information for a wide range of domestic, commercial and contract customers. Neil also supports the management of the meter stores, ensuring resources and stock are available and accounted for on a daily/weekly basis.
