
Robert joined the Phoenix team in 2001 holding the position of Service Engineer responsible for responding to customer concerns, meter maintenance and providing boiler inspection and repair services.
With the rapid development in the natural gas market and the growth in domestic boiler work Robert was promoted to Technician level and now holds the position of Technical Support Officer. In his current role Robert is responsible for supporting all engineers in the field with any technical problems, work audit, apprentice development and liaison with boiler manufacturer’s warranty agents and other specialist.
