David Strahan, General Manager of Phoenix Supply Ltd comments:
"Phoenix welcomes the public announcement made by the Utility Regulator that a review of natural gas tariffs has commenced, and as is our normal practice we will consult fully with the Utility Regulator, Consumer Council and Department for Enterprise, Trade and Investment".
Mr Strahan concluded:
"While wholesale gas costs have reduced over recent weeks, the outcome of the current consultation process is not something we can speculate on at this stage".
